In his article, Fascism Anyone? Laurence W. Britt made the analysis that Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy, Franco’s Spain, Salazar’s Portugal, Papadopoulos’s Greece, Pinochet’s Chile, and Suharto’s Indonesia revealed fourteen common threads that link them in recognizable patterns of national behavior and abuse of power.
These basic characteristics are more prevalent and intense in some regimes than in others, but they all share at least some level of similarity.
Here is number 9
9. Power of corporations protected. Although the personal life of ordinary citizens was under strict control, the ability of large corporations to operate in relative freedom was not compromised.
The ruling elite saw the corporate structure as a way to not only ensure military production (in developed states), but also as an additional means of social control.
Members of the economic elite were often pampered by the political elite to ensure a continued mutuality of interests, especially in the repression of “have-not” citizens.
The original and correct list from Laurence W. Brit, was published in an article titled “Fascism, Anyone?” in the Spring, 2003 issue of Free Inquiry, a secular humanist magazine, and appeared on their website in April of 2003.
To those conspiracy theorists who are claiming that the whole pandemic of 2020 is a diabolical plot to turn humanity into robots, using vaccines.
I submit to you: It’s more likely a diabolical plot to deregulate the environmental protections that business must adhere to.
Executive Order on Regulatory Relief to Support Economic Recovery Issued on: May 19, 2020
Agencies should address this economic emergency by rescinding, modifying, waiving, or providing exemptions from regulations and other requirements that may inhibit economic recovery, consistent with applicable law and with protection of the public health and safety, with national and homeland security, and with budgetary priorities and operational feasibility.
Paragraph 2 of Section 1. Policy – ( bold placed by me)
Under Chapter 11 of NAFTA, corporations can sue nation states whose laws protecting their people and the environment violate corporate free trade rights. I’d bet most people in this world don’t think this is right?
Here is a resolution I brought to the Democratic Party Platform meeting in 2011
We would like to create a regulatory agency that investigates claims against corporations to determine if they are guilty of crimes of Moral Turpitude, and if they are, even without a conviction, all their federal tax loopholes and deductions will be revoked for a period of five years requiring them to pay the statutory 35 percent tax rate.
The regulatory agency would be the Federal Corporate Citizenship Assurance Commission (FCCAC).
I did not get much reception to this. Probably did not present it well enough. The following is what I should of presented to the committee.
Crime of Moral Turpitude (CMT)
The concept of “moral turpitude” might escape precise definition, but it has been described as an “act of baseness, vileness, or depravity in the private and social duties which a man owes to his fellowmen, or to society in general, contrary to the accepted and customary rule of right and duty between man and man.”
The classification of a crime or other conduct as constituting moral turpitude has significance in several areas of law.
First, prior conviction of a crime of moral turpitude (or in some jurisdictions, “moral turpitude conduct”, even without a conviction) is considered to have a bearing on the honesty of a witness and might be used for purposes of the impeachment of witnesses.
Second, offenses involving moral turpitude may be grounds to deny or revoke state professional licenses such as teaching credentials, licenses to practice law, or other licensed profession.
Third, the concept is relevant in contract law since employment contracts and sponsorship agreements often contain a moral turpitude clause which allow the sponsor to terminate a contract without penalty if the employee or sponsored party commits an act of moral turpitude – what sort of acts constitute “moral turpitude” can vary greatly depending on the situation and the exact terms of the contract, but the clause is often invoked in cases involving clearly non-criminal behavior and/or allegations for which there is insufficient evidence for a conviction (assuming the alleged act is even a criminal offence).
Fourth, this concept is of great importance for immigration purposes in the United States, Canada, and some other countries, since offenses which are defined as involving moral turpitude are considered bars to immigration into the U.S.

Summary
If what the supreme court says: that corporations are legal persons then lets hold them accountable.
If a corporation commits a crime of moral turpitude, remove all their federal tax loopholes and deductions for a period of five years requiring them to pay the statutory 35 percent tax rate.
What I’d also like to see:
In both the Republican and Democratic party platforms:
No person, who has been, convicted, formally charged but not yet tried, or charges dropped or dismissed for a Crime of Moral Turpitude will be allowed to run for office in the United States as a member of our party.
